| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | While she's a goofball, her energy policy is the best I've heard yet. |

| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | I saw this last night and wondered how they'd gotten her lips to move while saying somewhat intelligent words.
Heard her described as the "Pia Zadora of the 21st century" which made me laugh.

| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | Sad to say, but since it seems we can't get Americans to vote for smart qualified women, Paris might be our only chance to get a female in office.

I'm assuming that she is a natural born citizen. |

| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | Okay, this brought up a very scary discussion my son and I had last night. We were talking about the current prez (he's not impressed, even at the tender age of 14) and really, really likes Obama. So we talked about "why" he likes Obama, and he came up with the typical teenage-impressed-by-the-media answer - "Because he's all about change!"
Then it hit me. Next presidential election? 2012? He'll be VOTING.

| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | Sorry, you missed my point. (of course we'll do that, duh)
My SON will be voting. My little one. The baby. He'll be an adult. That is just not possible.

| | Re Paris Hilton for POTUS? | | Lynn, I know. I cried when #1 voted for the first time. Now, when #2 gets to vote for the first time I'll cry too- probably because his politics are so different than mine! | | |
