Give me any reason

to not go to work today. It is beautiful outside, cool, relaxed and comfortable. I could get a lot of work done in my classroom----the school is not air conditioned, yet... so this is a perfect day to work......and I have meetings scheduled every day next week.....and I have to be done by the end of the following week....

Gas prices. It is more fuel efficient to stay late days next week, when you have to be there, than make the extra round-trip to go today.

Didn't you have a nasty bee sting today? I'm afraid you'll have to stay home and ice it, and just stay a little late on the days you have to be there next week.

All reasons were good. I didn't go. I did some "cutting out of things", and went shopping with Missy, but most of all I stayed home, talked to hubby, and read, yes read a book outside on the deck. It is really outside reading weather!!!

I'll go in on Monday, I have a meeting that I don't know how long it will last, but I will just stay and do more work. I don't want summer to end.
