Here's an excellent fudge frosting recipe - I use it to glaze chocolate cakes, but if you don't use it all, the rest can be refrigerated and eaten spoonful by spoonful, straight from the refrigerator:
Melt 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate in microwave or over VERY low heat. In a blender (this recipe only works in a blender, although I've used a handheld blender stick in an icing emergency), blend one 12 ounce can of evaporated milk with 2 and 2/3 cups white sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the melted chocolate while the blender is running. Takes about 5 seconds longer and it's done.
I'm in Virginia Beach with Kevin and his (ginormous) family. He's one of seven. There are 18 of us here all tolled. We rented a house with the nicest view I've ever seen.
