| | Hi, Shirley! My husband and I visited Scotland last year, Edinburgh and Inverness, and bus tours from Inverness to John o' Groats and Land's End, and a boat tour of Loch Ness. We drove up from London with friends, by way of York. None of my three sons live at home, but I used to feel surrounded, especially once my daughter married and moved away.
And I get off topic all the time, or else come in too late, lol.

That must have been some coach trip the roads up there are not great for busses.
I am about 30 miles south of Edinburgh.
We were supposed to go to York this year but my hubbys work meant we have to put it off until later. York is great for holidays (so is Scotland ) |

Thanks, Scotland's not always raining we do have our moments when
the sun shines and when it does it's great.
On the good side all the rain we do get makes the plans very lush.
