I've been to NYC and back and to an office filled with wonderful people who are all stressed out and venting - and I'm too stressed out and exhausted to be the recipient of venting. Growl!!!!!

The new toilet is wonderful: low flow, quiet. ( Though no one has thoroughly 'tested' it yet ... )
The shower no longer drips, the floor is clean and bright with new tile...

major major migraine - all f'ing day.
Did not respond to over-doses of OTC meds and caffiene
Has not responded to RX meds
Will not allow sleep.
Movement is painful
Need bullet to head.
Not happy.

Aha! I've got it! I finally finished "Twilight" and it was good.
I probably didn't like it as much as my girls did, but it was a delightful diversion. Now for the next one.

You and I both tend not to go to the Rx as quickly as we should... I finally noticed that if a headache is en route to being a migraine, my one pupil is more dialated than the other. Now if it's just a little headache but I see the enlarged pupil, I go straight to the milder Rx and this seems to hold it off most times. Hubby thinks I should go for the stronger Rx off the bat, but of course I don't listen  Maybe start tracking early-headache symptoms and see if you too have a tell for when it will be a migraine?
