I just wrote my first column and I am mentally exhausted!
There are so many minute style details ... the use of the words "more", "all" how to present dates and times, names, what goes in, what doesn't.
Such important news items as a Church yard sale, a strawberry festival, a brotherhood breakfast and Monday night bingo rocked my page! WOOOOOOOO.
I have only 45 minutes before I have to go pick up the kids at the bus stop...
So pour me a sugar free, fat free but highly mind-altering marguerita, gang!

It will be in Wednesday's edition (early deadline for Memorial Day).
I am sure it will be a real page turner 
But, hey, it's a start.

I wish I could show you all...the paper, as far as I'm able to figure out, is not on-line, however!

No, Wormie, in the scanner sense I am a troglodyte who relies on the scanners of others, like the Amish shopping at Walmart.
Maybe one of my friends can. But, then again, it's not mine to publish. I probalby should ask my editor!

I think our next fundraiser is Popcorn in September. Our friend Keith has probably told you about the friends of 414 who will also be doing fundraisers for the pack and troop. We're really lucky to have a group of people who enjoys putting on high $$ fundraisers so the Pack won't have to do so many. Crab feast late summer for them. Too bad my dh is so allergic to seafood.
