I need strength.
The tree trimmers are here today.
One of the nice men asked to use our bathroom. The mens room wasn't working a while back, and I wasn't sure if it was fixed, so I told him to use the lady's room. He was in there a while, so #1 and #2 started an entire litany about how he'll "stink it up" and they don't like sharing the bathroom. Well, he was in there a while, but hell - its a bathroom. Now they're talking about how they can smell it from out here and its strange because men smell different. Oy!
I really don't want to have this conversation with them. It's purile! And I think they've both been single for way too long.

Maybe you could ask the two of them to go out shopping to buy some room fresheners. With any luck they won't get back until closing time.

This made me laugh. At school our faculty room has 1 ladies' room and 1 men's room. They are identical except for the name on the door. We have a staff of about 60, and only 2 are men. So, when the ladies' room is busy, especially after lunch, we all just use the men's room. Sometimes the guys have to wait!! They don't like it, but too bad!!! We tease them, that now they know what we go through all the time!!!

BTW, if anyone has ever wondered if Wormie is exaggerating the behavior of these nutcases or is a little thin skinned about this stuff...she is not. I can't count how many times she has called me from work and I could hear CCW1 screaming-at-damn-near-top-of-her-lungs at CCW2, and vice-versa. These two are straight up certifiable and combined they have the professionalism of John Tower after a pitcher of whiskey sours. I'm removed from it all, and I'm convinced they would be unable to hold a job anyplace else. |

My school has a women's and men's each in the hall, and a women's and men's each in the lounge. A few years ago, we just taped over the men's sign in the lounge and made them both women-only. With 60ish women and 3 men, I think that's more than fair.
Of course, the gym teacher apparently didn't think so. Under the taped-up women's sign, he added his own sign - "(His name), 4:00 to 4:30" I think he'd fit in well with Wormie's visitors today.
