OK, you know what I want to do?

I want to run an electric charge through one of the telephones, strong enough to painfully zap anyone who touches it with their bare hands.

Then I want to post a sign next to this telephone, that reads in clear letters: "Do not touch this telephone. You will get a painful electric shock if you touch this telephone."

Then I want to count how many times EACH of the deskclerks touches the telephone.

So help me god, if I have to explain to ONE MORE of these little twits that they have to do what the sys admins told them to do to make their documents print properly, and not what they always used to do, even though what they always used to do will let them do everything they need to do EXCEPT PRINT THEIR DANG DOCUMENTS, I will. I really, really will.

And the sysadmins will help me set it up, too.

Well, of COURSE they'll complain. They'll complain that the new phone doesn't work the way the old phone worked, because they're doing exactly what they were doing with the old phone, and if it worked with the old phone it should work with the new one, and this new phone is just a lot more work than the other one was and why did we have to change to the new phone anyway?

Actually you could always say that it is more sanitary if they do use gloves...
