I Can't Believe .... HawgWyld & Joubert's 2nd Anniversary Writeoff!

Please join us by posting an enry to the I CAN'T BELIEVE I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF JUNK write-off during the weekend of June 15. The writeoff is to "celebrate" HawgWyld's second anniversary on June 15 and my second anniversary on June 18.

What's that, you say? You don't host write-offs. You barely participate in them.

Yeah, but I saw HW's email and he and co-host Ariel10575 graciously allowed me to latch onto their event. So now it's a joint event!

Here's Hawg's eloquent summary of the event:
The rules are simple -- pick out a book, CD, movie breed of dog, vehicle or whatever product is listed at
Epinions that you have bought and hated. Vent your absolute anger at having been cheated by slick marketing campaigns (or whatever inspired you to purchase that piece of junk) by ranting like crazy about it and posting the thing on [the weekend of] June 15.

You can reply to this thread to let us know you're participating, or email Ariel at EPMails@socal.rr.com.

In typical Epinions fashion, we want this to be the biggest write-off ever. More than 40 have signed up already --- will you join us and take sweet revenge on that piece of junk?

Your old music cannot sustain you through a life, not if you're someone who listens to music every day, at every opportunity. You need input, because pop music is about freshness, about Nelly Furtado and the maddeningly memorable fourth track on a first album by a band you saw on a late-night TV show. And no, that fourth track is not as good as anything on Pet Sounds or Blonde on Blonde or What's Going On, but when was the last time you played Pet Sounds? - Songbook by Nick Hornby

LOL!

But I already reviewed my Egg Wave and Marvin's Magic.

I have to think about this. I don't usually do write offs, but I could use to write a negative review. I tend to only write about stuff I love.
