Hi everyone! I'm hosting my very first write off. The dates for submission are Oct. 30th to Nov. 30th.

I'm not laughing, but I'm no longer a midwesterner.

I lived in St. Louis for nine years, and in South Dakota for two.

And one only has to read the works of Kathleen Norris, who lives on the ND/SD border, to know that talented writers come from all over.

Welcome to EA, North Dakotan. And if you're afraid people will laugh when they find out you're from North Dakota, you should here what they say about people who live in Arkansas (where I live now.)

Uh oh ...I'm in double trouble. Some of my relatives from my father's side of the family come from Arkansas.

Many a time I've picked up a Kathleen Norris book to look at! I must read one!
