I would like to start a Write Off. This would be a fiction or non fiction (non if you have already written and sent one) letter to someone who has or could effect your life in a measurable way.
Where would I list that and how?

Jill, after you choose the category, you can then begin to get other members involved. Pick a date first. You can then invite your friends and writers whom you admire, and then post an announcement about it to invite other members. Post that announcement on your profile page, and here, too, if you'd like.
