Play with a paragraph

All right, ya'll have such fun rewriting sentences posted here--do you want to play with a whole paragraph? I've rewritten it a couple different ways now, but I'll give you the original. We're looking for a friendly, yet formal tone:

Supervisors have specific training needs, which can increase their effectiveness in their jobs. Considering their managerial role of people, these supervisors impact others in the organization. There can be a domino effect in supervisory training, where many reap the benefit of one’s training.

I'm game.

Training can increase the effectiveness of supervisors, and in turn cascade down to benefit employees beneath them.

Or something along these lines......

Like all employees, supervisors can benefit from appropriate training. But supervisory training packs an even greater punch; well-trained supervisers will, in turn, teach their newfound skills to those they manage.

There are two major benefits of targeted training for supervisors. The first is the direct benefit on the effectiveness of the supervisors in their managerial roles. The second is the trickle-down effect as these enhanced skills are used and shared with others, benefitting many others in the organization.

Well, that's my shot at it -
Good luck,
