A linguistics professor was lecturing to his class one day. 'In English,' he said, 'A double negative forms a positive. In some languages, though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative. However, there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative.' While we're on the subject: Since Rich has his thing for furniture, has anyone else wondered where he carves his notches? Could this be even kinkier than we thought?

Since my first conquests were of the rather splintery redwood variety, Brian, the "notches" are in a place I shudder to think about, much less speak of.

Ouch!
It's terrible to see my wood maligned in this forum. Especially after it's been so misaligned as a result of my early redwood encounters.
Doesn't anyone here have any compassion?
