| | A linguistics professor was lecturing to his class one day. 'In English,' he said, 'A double negative forms a positive. In some languages, though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative. However, there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative.' A voice from the back of the room piped up, 'Yeah, right.' |

| | While we're on the subject: Since Rich has his thing for furniture, has anyone else wondered where he carves his notches? Could this be even kinkier than we thought?

| | Since my first conquests were of the rather splintery redwood variety, Brian, the "notches" are in a place I shudder to think about, much less speak of.

| | Ouch!
It's terrible to see my wood maligned in this forum. Especially after it's been so misaligned as a result of my early redwood encounters.
Doesn't anyone here have any compassion?
