Wow, these people need to get their act together. I'm laughing, but in a way it's not funny.
So, I never heard from them, right?
Yesterday, I got TWO copies of a newsletter (full of coding garble here and there) that they're apparently sending out to everyone who has applied for the various spots, telling folks that they're going to send out this newsletter telling people what's going on, what spots are open, etc. If you want to apply for one of the following spots (list followed) please send in your application, or if you already have, please drop them a note with your name, the spot you applied for, and the phrase "application on file". So I did, as the one I applied for was on the list. I just hit "reply" as no other email address was supplied.
This morning I spot two more emails from them. One, a "thank you" reply to my message about applying for a spot, and then....
A note telling folks that there is an email problem, and her email @families.com is not working, so to use her @gmail address. Which is the email that she used to send out the newsletter to start with! The @families.com email address is NOWHERE in the original newsletter!
Methinks somebody's a wee bit overwhelmed and needs an assistant.
