Do you love music? Do you love to write?

We’re hiring full-time (40+ hrs/week) staff writers/bloggers for our start-up music news website. The tone of our site ranges from funny pop commentary to insightful hip-hop and alternative rock reviews.

Passion for music and strong writing skills necessary. Blogging experience a plus.

2) Required: 100-300 word blog-style writing sample on a recent music news event. (Additional writing samples are also welcome)
3) List of bands/artists and genres you’d be excited to write about. Our site covers many genres -- there are no “wrong” answers here. We’re looking for a diverse group of writers.

Wow, that's a really cool job, and I'm in Kisco a lot anyway (although this says telecommuting is ok). Too bad I could never devote that much time, or have that much confidence for it.
