Writing jobs offering "ad revenue" as compensation make me a little leery. Sure, the potential is there to make huge bank on a shopping blog done right, but they need to outline how page views are counted and the revenue split, among other things. I suggest getting a base rate nailed down for this one (as in: Minimum of $200 per month for XX number of entries plus any ad revenue share exceeding XX dollar amount).
