This is an opportunity to get involved in a small online publishing business by working a few hours a day providing outstanding customer service via email to customers and prospects.
Key requirements for the role:
1. Solid writing skills (careful with typos, grammar, courtesy)
2. Highly organized (tracking what's been done, asking questions when unsure)
3. Able to use Outlook and Word (access to home PC)
--> Work on your own schedule, ideally for 15 minutes or so every hour
--> If all goes well, this would ideally be a long-term arrangement
