I am a customer of EA Games and have been for many years.
Try to contact EA customer service and you may find like me that it is impossible.

On their website, there is a place to contact EA Games via e-mail, except that you must first login as a registered user, then after I have typed my question, the message is not accepted because a 'game type' was not selected. If it was possible I would do so except that there is nothing to select, there is no 'game type' offered. There are no drop down menus to select from. The site is constructed so that there is no way to contact EA Games at all.

In previous contacts with customer service, from many months before, I did receive responses to help resolve my problem, but the trouble remains unresolved, and when I attempt to send a message to customer service using the previous address that was used, "'customerservice@ea.com'"
an automatic response is returned informing me that the address is no longer in use and to use the 'e-mail customer service' form.

The 'e-mail to customer service form' does not work, it will not accept any message because it claims that a 'game type' must be entered but no such entry window exists, therefore it is impossible to contact customer service.

I remain unsatisfied, and the game that I paid full price for does not work.

Sorry you're having so much trouble! Unfortunately, our forum is in no way associated with EAGames.

I would try opening the email form page in a different browser and see if that helps - sometimes fields that should be there are missing in one browser or another.

yeah and i couldnt get extraction mode for my army of two with the code they gave me and they said they had to do a 40 hour investigation over a code and i still havnt seen it in the forum really......
