In some fit of insanity, I talked G into taking the children to see Cars. All four of them. No, I'm not sure what I was thinking either.

At any rate, at least the younger two are free (for now) but four tickets and associated food items later, we climbed over a bunch of people to get to our seats. The movie was good, but Beanie and Buster proceeded to drink all the lemonade they were supposed to be sharing with Bug, who ate more than half the box of Skittles allotted to the three of them. Beanie promptly dropped the box on the floor, loosing probably another third, leaving Buster to begin yelling he was hungry.

Of course, the lemonade kicked in with exactly 10 minutes left of the movie, and Beanie AND Buster had to pee. AT THE SAME TIME. I sent Beanie with G, told Buster to pee in the Pull-Up I'd so thoughtfully told him to put on before we left, and it's a good thing, because Bug decided to make a break for it and try to climb over or under the poor folks on the end of the aisle to follow G. I had to hand Tattoo over to Buster, praying he wouldn't drop her, and grab the back of Bug's shirt while holding a handful of gummies he handed me.

Remind me again what I was thinking? It's no wonder the last time we took all three of the kids to a movie was, er, Finding Nemo. I believe Bug was a newborn. It may be another three years before we attempt this again.
