Seafood Dangers
How concerned is everybody about mercury in fish? It seems that levels are higher than previously thought. I know people that live on canned tuna because it's relatively inexpensive. But canned tuna poses a danger, at least at high consumption levels, it seems.

Sigh, no good deed goes unpunished. I don't know if the benefits of a fish-rich diet outweigh the risks....not to mention the high price of fresh seafood. Mercury poisoning is not fun nowadays.

From all the information I've been able to accumulate, canned salmon seems to be the safest to consume frequently, at least for right now.
