Brainstorm?
Question....... Are any of you guys Six-Sigma professionals or have studied/utilized any Kaizen practices in your business lives?

Matthew, that's an excellent topic. I'm afraid I've only read articles and therefore won't be of much use. Is this something your organization has embraced or are you beginning a new journey?
