I'm thinking of changing jobs and I'm signed up on Monster.com and Hot.Jobs. Kind of a hassle, and they seem to be geared toward computer geniuses, ergo, not moi. Does anyone have any recommendations of an easy to navigate, unbuggy job site which would garner me some real results?

Or, hey, you can hire me. I did see a post on HotJobs for a "Miss Cleo" type tarot card reader, but alas that isn't a talent of mine. Thanks! (hate Miss Cleo by the way!)

I see you're in Southern Cal. If you're near L.A. or San Diego, http://www.craigslist.org has some job listings for those areas. Just a handful, but the site is incredibly easy to navigate.
