So, I have a couple of things going on. One is the usual year end scramble (Everyone who owes money for 2011 wants to pay in February. Every year. Maddening.
This year I'm handling that recurring issue differently by offering incentives and working to get new
business to sign this week. I'm also offering an online AdWords class, giving away $100 in free AdWords coupons to the first few to sign up. Here is more detail on the offers, if you know a company that could use some help from someone who knows their stuff:

Someone asked me what it is I do exactly. So, for the folks who may not know:
I help people (musicians, filmmakers, etc) and businesses be more amazing at what they do in a variety of ways:
Education: I teach people and companies all about social media, online content, online marketing, video, new media of all types and how to use it to grow their business on a shoestring, find people to hire, do customer service, seek out new business and more.
Marketing and PR: on and offline
Writing: I write online content for clients and books and ebooks (Twitter for Dummies, Social Media Metrics for Dummies, Grande Guide to Social Advertising, Social Media ProBook, etc)
Business growth and change consulting: I teach businesses how to be social and accessible online and be a better business overall without wasting their time and money or spinning their wheels, help them change their internal processes to make all this new fangled stuff easier to use consistently so its painless and so the business an keep up with new trends that are appropriate for them
Strategy: high end marketing strategy for business of all sizes, including Hewlett Packard and others, that gives a 2 - 5 year plan for online and offline growth and integration, including measuring whether this stuff is working for them, demographic research, online research, budget analysis, brand analysis and optimization, etc
Partnering: partner with other agencies to bring social media to their clients so they get all of my experience and can give their clients good advice instead of taking the spaghetti at the wall approach
