At the beginning of April, sometimes you want to do something special for your family. I suggest cooking a turkey. It's a wonderful way to start the new month. For the stuffing, I recommend a cornish game hen. So you have a bird inside of a bird. I suggest not telling your family about the stuffing, but allowing your birds to bake, and allowing your family to savor the aromas When the turkey is fully cooked, invite a family member to cut the turkey. Maybe you'll want to grab the camera, so you can commemorate April's Turkey.
