The women at my American Legion Post were raving about this book the other night. Looks like women either love it or hate it. LOL

I didn't read it expecting Shakespeare. I went into reading it feeling snarky, actually. But I enjoyed the books. Many of her word choices annoyed me, and I thought the lead character was too British to be believable as a Washingtonian -- but other than that... shrug.

Gilbert's rendering made me laugh, and then my husband reminded me that he's doing this so we forget about the not-so-nice things he said recently that got him in the headlines.

Gilbert Gottfried reading erotica is the stuff of nightmares.

Yeah, but consider the source. That's the stuff of nightmares in and of itself.
